Preorder cancellations

You may request a cancellation for a full refund before the Drop 001 production batch is submitted. Contact us immediately; after production begins, cancellation or variant changes may not be possible.

Problems with an order

If your finished garment arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
